Where is Inview Travel headquartered?
We're based in the Northern California Bay Area and operate throughout the state.
What kind of buses can I book through Inview Travel?
Coach Bus: A coach bus can accommodate up to 56 passengers and includes reclining seats and an on-board restroom.
Mini Bus: The mini bus has 25-36 seats depending on the model and include a rear luggage loading area.
Minivan: We have both 15 seat Chevrolet Express vans as well as 15 seat Mercedes Sprinters.
Do all coach buses have a restroom?
Yes! However, we suggest that the onboard restroom only be used for emergencies. Frequent onboard restroom usage will result in an unpleasant smell in the cabin. For this reason we would suggest making use of rest area facilities and that passengers always use the restroom before boarding the coach.
Does the bus have WiFi and electrical plugs?
Some coach buses do, yes. Let us know that you’d like to book a bus with WiFi and electrical plugs, and we’ll be sure to provide the type of bus you request.
Please note that WiFi is an extra charge of $50 per trip day.
What type of insurance do you have?
We carry $5 million in total auto liability.
Do I need to pay a deposit? When is the remaining balance due?
We require certain amount of deposit(case by case basis) the total bus rental fee as deposit to secure a vehicle. Remaining payment is always due 15 days prior to service date.
All payments are due, in full, 15 days prior to service unless other financial arrangements have been approved by Inview Travel, Inc.
Does the quote include driver gratuity?
Yes, the price covers gratuity as well as taxes. This makes it as easy as possible for customers to see their total cost up front.
How soon do I need to make the reservation? How and when can I pay for my charter? Can I pay for my trip in cash?
You can decide to confirm your reservation with us as soon as you get your quote! You can pay a deposit or the full amount of your rental fee upon signing the contract.
You can pay by credit card, check, money order or PayPal. We also accept cash payments, but only if an agreed upon deposit has been paid in advance.
NOTE: There will be a 3% processing fee for any credit card payment. A credit card authorization form needs to be filled out as well for security purposes if you decide to pay with cash.
Can I bring alcohol on the bus?
No alcohol is allowed on board if any passenger is under the age of 21. The driver reserves the right to verify age by inspecting a valid and legal form of personal identification. If the driver determines that alcohol is being consumed by, or in the presence of, passengers that are under the age of 21, travel service will be terminated immediately without any refunds.
In the case where all passengers onboard are 21 and over, alcohol onboard can be requested upon reservation. In such cases an $80 alcohol fee will apply.
As a reminder, a $150 cleaning fee will be automatically applied to your credit card if there are any accidents onboard the coach such as vomit due to inebriation.
Do I need to provide a full detailed itinerary in advance?
Yes, we need your full itinerary prior to the service date to ensure good customer service and a safe ride. For last minute requests or changes to itineraries, the driver will do his or her best to accommodate, but requests are subject to federal, state, and local laws, as well as road conditions. The driver reserves the right to refuse any last-minute requests.
Do I need to book a hotel room for the driver for an overnight trip?
Yes, the customer is responsible for booking each driver a room at the customer’s expense. Also, make sure that the hotel has overnight parking available for buses and vans.
How do I pay for any overtime charges?
You can pay the driver directly on the service day or we can run your credit card for any overtime charges.
If there is overtime and you choose to pay later, our driver will ask you to sign a slip stating that you acknowledge that there will be a charge. We will then send you an invoice so you can pay by credit card or mail us a check.

What is cancellation policy?
Charters cancelled 14 or more days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund. Charters cancelled within 14 days will be billed 20%. Charters cancelled within 7 days will be billed a cancellation charge of 50%. Cancellations within 3 days or less of the departure date will be billed 100% (the full amount).
We understand that sometimes plans fall through. Please note that you can always reschedule the bus rental with us. We can keep your prior payment on record and apply the amount when you reschedule later.
